We have an exciting new opportunity for a full-time permanent Administration Assistant to join our dedicated team within Business Services.
WHAT IS INVOLVED?
We are a friendly, and welcoming team, based at Front Street, Chester le Street offices. We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Administration Assistant to support the busy team of Social Workers to provide a professional, effective and efficient receptionist service and general administrative support to visitors, callers, users and social work staff.
You will be answering incoming telephone calls , providing reception duties including greeting and receiving visitors.
You may also need to be able to work unsupervised using your initiative.

WHAT WILL I NEED?
You will need a minimum of 4 GCSEs (Graded A-C) including English Language or Literature or NVQ Level 2 in a related subject or equivalent.
