FINANCE AND ADMIN ASSISTANT (PART-TIME)

Hours:
14.5 hours per week - 8:00 to 4.00 – Thursdays and 8.00 - 3.30 Fridays, term -time plus 1 week (pro rata- PD Days)

Priory Woods School and Arts College is a large and successful school for children and young people aged 4 – 19 with severe, profound and multiple learning difficulties and complex needs.

Governors are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Finance and Admin Assistant to provide finance and administrative support and contribute to the effective operation of the school office. The successful applicant must have a good level of education, including GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent), be proficient in a range of IT systems and have excellent administrative, organisational and interpersonal skills. As the first point of contact for visitors, you must be able to provide a warm welcome and deal with a range of requests in an efficient and professional manner. You will be expected to work well as part of a team but also demonstrate initiative and independence.
