Working pattern: 22.5 hours per week, 08.30 a.m. to 1.00 p.m., Monday to Friday. Term time plus 5 days
£12.85 per hour
The successful candidate will work across both of our sites in Ashington or Blyth.

We have an exciting new opportunity for a part time, permanent Administration Assistant to join our busy team.
We are looking for someone who:
• Is an excellent communicator at all levels as you will be the first point of contact for parents and visitors, both on the telephone and in person.
• Is organised and has excellent attention to detail, keeping school systems up to date in a timely manner.
• Is efficient, well organised, able to prioritise and use own initiative, recognising when to seek support and advice.
• Is knowledgeable about office and school admin systems. (Experience of using Bromcom would be helpful but not essential.)
• Has the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Can deal with matters sensitively and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Previous experience of working in a school would be an advantage although not essential.
