About the role….
You will be working as a Site Manager Repairs - (Roofing team) and your main duties will be undertake the day-to-day supervision and co-ordination of employees and subcontractors delivering a responsive service to customers 8am to 8pm, and an out of hours emergency repairs service, that focuses on right first-time repairs to maximise customer satisfaction and value for money. You will oversee employee performance and other related issues within Council guidance and legislation by carrying out regular competency and work quality checks to ensure targets and budgets are met.
