We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, caring and highly effective individual to join our pastoral support and guidance team. We are incredibly proud of our college system and of the part it plays in underpinning our culture at Hummersknott. Each of our five colleges is very much a family within a family, giving students a sense of nurture, support and collective identity. With a dedicated tutor team and a geographical heart, the colleges provide an unrivalled platform where our students can thrive, develop, compete, and explore their own potential to make a difference in society.

Our Pastoral Managers are fundamental to an ethos focused on broad education and the first point of contact for parents and carers, providing care, support and guidance to pupils. Relationships with our families and with outside agencies are second to none and the successful candidate will play a key part in this partnership working, ensuring emotional, social and academic progress. You will be working alongside colleagues to help improve the attendance, behaviour and progress of our students. This is an exciting role where no day is the same and where challenge is a given. As a Pastoral Manager at Hummersknott, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting difference to the lives of the children under your care.

We are looking for an outstanding candidate who:
