Salary: £52,074 - £57,482 (L5-L9)

Required: September 2025

We are seeking an outstanding individual to continue to improve student outcomes and engagement by ensuring the quality of teaching and learning is a strong standard within the Faculty.

As the Lead Practitioner of Mathematics, you will play a key role in driving improvements in teaching and learning within the department and across the school. You will lead by example, sharing best practice, coaching colleagues, and contributing to a curriculum that challenges and engages every student.

If you are someone who can inspire, challenge and support both staff and students and who can relate to a culture which puts students first, being prepared to go the extra mile for every one of them, then we would be excited to hear from you.

Applications are welcome from experienced teachers who can teach to both key stages and to all ability levels. Above all, we are looking for someone with a real passion for the subject, whose teaching is rooted in the joy of maths; someone who is able to inspire students to share that joy.

The Academy has an excellent reputation within the local community with strong support from Governors, parents, students and highly motivated staff.

Advance Learning Partnership is a not-for-profit Multi Academy Trust consisting of a mix of primary and secondary academies. All academies within our Trust collaborate as a ‘family of schools’. The Trust as a whole is not a separate body or group of people, but rather one single organisation made up of all our academies with one single vision and shared set of values.
