To work within the Capital and Revenue Commercial Team(s) to Manage and Deliver Quantity Surveying services across the following areas of work:

 

Housing Investment Schemes
Refurbishments
New Build Housing
Responsive Repairs and Maintenance / Voids
Electrical and Mechanical Services
Gas Servicing/Repairs/Installs
Adaptations

  

About the role....                                                                                 

To Develop and Manage a team of Quantity Surveyors and Trainee Quantity Surveyors and deliver Quantity Surveying services from conception to completion of a Construction Project or Revenue Workstream, including Estimating, Materials, Subcontractor Procurement and Engagement, Labour Performance Reporting, Interim Valuations and Final Accounts, Cost/Value Reporting and Analysis.

 

The role is also to support the Section Manager in relation to Financial Monitoring and Delivery of the Capital Works Programme and the Delivery of all Revenue Works including management of the Schedule of Rates and Measured Term Contracts, providing regular reports and updates to Senior Management.
