What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting our Cook to prepare and serve delicious, healthy meals that our pupils will love
- Help plan menus that encourage healthy eating and creativity.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming kitchen environment.
- Ensure dietary needs and allergies are carefully managed.
What You’ll Need:
- A love for food and cooking.
- Level 2 NVQ in Food Preparation and Cooking (or equivalent)
- Food Hygiene Certificate
- Experience in a kitchen environment (school catering experience is a bonus!).
- A commitment to upholding high standards of food hygiene and safety. A can-do attitude and a sense of humour (because life in a school kitchen is always lively!)
