Employment Location: 

The normal place of work for this role will be Pavilion Sports & Community Centre, Peterlee but the post holder may be required to work at any location or property of Peterlee Town Council.


Are you passionate about sports and community development? We are seeking a dedicated Pavilion Duty Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Pavilion Sports & Community Centre, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

This role involves supervising staff, coordinating events, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Customer interaction will be a key part of your role. You'll be the friendly face of the Pavilion, providing excellent customer service and addressing any needs promptly.

Additionally, you'll play a vital role in promoting sports and physical activities, developing and implementing programmes to increase participation and promote healthy lifestyles.

The role would suit a proactive, enthusiastic, and adaptable team player with excellent interpersonal and customer focused skills with a keen eye for detail and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
