Protective Care Group are looking for passionate and caring Support Workers to help create a safe, loving environment for children that exhibit extremely challenging behaviour as a result of trauma.

What we’re looking for:
• A full UK manual driving license and Right to Work in the UK
• Flexibility to work across the North East
• Able to commit to a varied shift pattern including rolling 4 on 4 off that covers days, waking nights and sleep-ins. This means you need to be comfortable staying away from home if your rotation requires you to
• An understanding of trauma, its impact on behaviour and safeguarding
