WHAT IS INVOLVED?
In this role you will professionally welcome customers as they arrive and leave leisure centres, demonstrating the thrive values at all times. You will deal with customer service enquires through different contact channels; advising customers using detailed product knowledge to ensure they receive the right experience, supporting the wider team to recruit and retain customers.
You will also undertake administrative tasks using various systems, including CRM and payments, to ensure that the customer’s experience is excellent.
Your duties and responsibilities will include achieving and maintaining high standards of customer care to support a quality experience for all visitors, providing the first line of communication for all enquires either in person or through different customer contact channels.

WHAT WILL I NEED?
NVQ Level 2, or equivalent, in a relevant area
Where our roles are customer facing and you are required to speak to members of the public, you will be required to demonstrate the ability to speak fluent English. This is a requirement under Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016.
