The Executive Headteacher and Governing body of Ryton Junior School Federation are seeking to appoint a Year 6 class teacher. ECT’s are also invited to apply.

You will be working alongside experienced Key Stage 2 practitioners and will also be able to forge good relationships with colleagues across the whole Federation. This can be more challenging as we are split across 3 buildings but good candidates will be able to draw from the wealth of experience across the schools.
At Ryton we are fortunate to have extensive grounds, including a forest area, and like to use them to their full potential. You will be passionate about outdoor learning and see the benefits of this for the health and wellbeing of our pupils.
We see the safeguarding and care of our children as a priority and expect you to do the same by following guidelines and procedures at all times and highlighting any concerns immediately.
