Further Information
We are seeking to appoint an organised and flexible individual, who takes pride in their work, to support contracts delivered by the Employment and Skills team. Our projects require intensive administration and data compliance support to ensure we fulfil the recording and reporting duties of our grant funding contracts.
The successful candidate will have an eye for detail, the ability to work accurately at speed with good communication skills. The post will be part of the Employment and Skills Business Support team and link closely with the Programme Manager responsible for our High Needs and Special Educational Needs & Disabilities (SEND) delivery.
The post holder will support administration of our outstanding Ignite Your Potential programme ensuring high quality record keeping, data handling and information sharing with ongoing attention to protecting and safeguarding our young people and any associated records and information.
You will need to be able to:
• Input and maintain a range of records and undertake monitoring of these records as directed
• Accurately scan and input data about learners
• Demonstrate excellent ICT skills
• Demonstrate strong communication skills
• Collect, record, process and present a range of data and information in different forms
• Organise, sort and store resources and contribute to audits as directed
• Follow all necessary steps to protect data and maintain confidentiality
• Be reliable, trust-worthy and responsive to change
Applicants should be able to demonstrate, in their application form, practical examples of how they fulfil the person specification.
The post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 and an Enhanced DBS disclosure, including Barred List Check, will be required.
