This is an exciting opportunity to join a skilled and experienced staff team at Sycamore House, a 5-bedroom home for our children in care.  We offer care and support for children of all genders, aged 10 to 17 years, who may experience emotional, behavioural, and social difficulties (EBSD).

We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and experienced Deputy Manager to join our leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young people.

As Deputy Manager, you will support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance with Ofsted regulations. You will provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to the staff team, fostering a positive and supportive environment for both staff and children.
