About the Role
As a Social Worker in the Gateway Duty Team, you’ll be the first point of contact for adults requiring support, conducting assessments and identifying solutions to meet diverse and often complex needs. You’ll work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where every decision you make has a meaningful impact on someone’s life.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Conduct timely, strengths-based assessments to identify needs and deliver positive outcomes.
- Collaborate with individuals, families, carers, and professionals to co-design support plans.
- Manage competing priorities with confidence and professionalism in a busy duty environment.
- Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding, ensuring vulnerable adults are protected.
