The Woodlands Maples Team is looking to hire a qualified Art teacher for a small group of PEXed students from mainstream schools. This is a fantastic chance to positively impact the lives of young people and their families. The selected candidate will be required to work on Thursday and Friday.
Candidates will be required to teach art; this will involve more art therapy than GCSE.
The successful candidate must be:
• A skilled and effective teacher with enthusiasm and drive
• Committed to working alongside a supportive and dynamic team to continue to raise standards and achievement.
• Has experience in delivering a creative curriculum.
• Have high expectations in all areas of school life
• Possesses excellent communication skills.
• Is well-organised, highly motivated and flexible when working independently or as part of a team.
The post holder will work in The Maples (KS4) but may be required to work across The Woodlands.
The ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
