We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health (OH) Advisor to manage our on-site OH service. The successful postholder will be responsible for providing a comprehensive and confidential service to all staff. You will assist in promoting and maintaining the highest levels of physical and mental health in all of opur staff. You will advise, support and liaise with management and staff regarding occupational health and safety requirements ensuring legal and professional compliance. You will ensure that health issues are promoted and dealt with in a professional and competent manner and will be supported in this by the College's Occupational Health Technician for which you will assume line management for.
