The Governors of Westlea Primary School wish to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic PPA classroom teacher to teach across the school from Nursery to Year 6.

Candidates should be experienced and have a commitment to raising attainment to ensure that all pupils succeed. They should be highly motivated with a desire to continually develop their own leadership and management skills through leading a subject across the school, dependent on experience and specialism. Westlea Primary School is a ‘good’ school, OFSTED November 2022.

This post is suitable for ECT teachers M1- M2 and experienced teachers grade M3 to M4.

Applicants must hold a qualification that meets the approved ‘full and relevant’ criteria for Early Years qualifications and inclusion in staffing ratios.

The ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
