The Role: As Deputy Head Teacher, you will work closely with the Headteacher and staff to ensure the smooth running of the school and the successful implementation of our vision. You will be a strategic and inspirational leader who can drive forward the continued development of our school.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Leading, inspiring and challenging staff to maintain high standards in teaching and learning
· Ensuring that every pupil achieves their potential, regardless of background
· Fostering a positive, inclusive culture where children and staff feel supported and valued
· Developing strong, positive relationships with parents, carers, and the wider community
· Taking a lead on areas of school improvement, alongside managing key aspects of school operations

· Has experience in school leadership, including improving teaching and learning and can work in close partnership with the headteacher
· Is an excellent communicator with the ability to motivate, challenge and inspire staff, pupils, and parents
· Demonstrates a passion for inclusion and diversity, ensuring all pupils receive the support they need to flourish
· Is strategic, organised, and able to lead and manage school-wide initiatives
· Has a strong commitment to community involvement and building positive relationships
· Is self-motivated and willing to learn

This is a full time, permanent post. Teaching commitment is likely to be 0.7fte. Pay Scale L7-11.
