As Housing Team Leader, you will join our Housing Asset & Compliance team within Housing Services and will have direct responsibility for managing the day-to-day operations for Asset & Compliance Services within Housing, including Performance, Complaints and Energy Efficiency.
You will support the Housing Asset & Compliance Manager by providing direct leadership and operational steer to those teams specifically and will support the wider Housing Services teams. You will deputise for the Housing Asset & Compliance Manager as required.
The Housing Asset & Compliance team is an integral part of the Housing service, supporting teams, monitoring performance and ensuring compliance with statutory duties and regulatory compliance.
The role would suit a self motivated, proactive and enthusiastic team player with strong communication skills, a proven background in social housing and a drive to deliver excellent service to Council tenants. A housing related qualification or the willingness to work towards one is desirable, along with strong performance, data and information management skills.
