We have a Full time Business Support Assistant available Based at Bunny Hill Centre, Hylton Lane, Sunderland with Free On-Site Parking.
Following completion of induction & training, flexible & agile working is available.

We are looking for a Business Support Assistant to provide administrative support to our busy SEND team, who support children, young people and their families. The main duties include inputting and retrieving information into the Capita Education information management system, manning the dedicated telephone line, dealing with queries from parents and schools and processing letters and the issuing of key documents. These are busy teams so the ability to be flexible, manage and prioritise workloads is essential to the service.
We are looking for candidates who:
- have excellent communication and strong IT/keyboard skills
- have a clear understanding of the need for confidentiality.
- have experience of working in an office
- Be able to work to a high level of accuracy when dealing with sensitive information
- are customer focused and have a high level of commitment to work in partnership with service users.
