The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic and supportive team who are passionate about getting the best outcomes for our North Tyneside residents.
You will be required to work directly with vulnerable residents across the borough. Addressing poor housing conditions and ensuring that those with underlying health issues and vulnerabilities live in homes which meet minimum safety standards and improve health and the quality of Housing in North Tyneside.
Excellent communication skills are essential for this post as you will be working closely with Landlords as well as the Authority’s partners and external agencies. You will be an enthusiastic team player, have excellent organisational and time management skills, a great communicator, and have experience of working on your own and as part of a team.
The post is a permanent position working 37 hours per week.
