Your leadership will improve outcomes for our residents and their families. Our Chief Executive is a former Social Worker and Director of Adult Social Services. You’ll be joining an organisation with a strong focus on improving people’s lives. The recent outcome of our first Care Quality Commission inspection saw us 1% away from an overall ‘Good’ rating. The CQC realised we’re already making progress where it’s required and you would lead the delivery of a full improvement plan.
