Further Information
We are looking for positive and enthusiastic individuals, with a passion in caring for birds and animals, with excellent interpersonal skills to work in Jesmond Dene Pets Corner.

The role involves supporting our Pets Corner team on a casual basis as and when required to ensure the wellbeing of our birds and animals and to help ensure a positive visitor experience.

You will have responsibility for feeding, watering, grooming and security of the birds and animals and for cleaning the site and enclosures. You will also assist with any visiting groups and support volunteers who also work within Pets Corner.

You’ll be part of a team, who are committed to the exceptional care and wellbeing of our birds and animals and to providing the best experience for our visitors. You will receive training and support as required to help you achieve this.

Hours and days offered will vary based on operational needs, Pets Corner is open 7 days a week and most bank holidays.
