Look no further! We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of the Powering Our Future programme.

The Powering Our Future (POF) programme is a new and ambitious long-term vision for the future of Stockton-on-Tees.

This is a new way of working for the Council which will see us work with our partners and communities to put in place new and innovative approaches. This will allow us to not only save money but also reshape what we do for the better and in the best interests of our residents - we will do this through our Powering Our Future Programme.

As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting successful delivery of organisation wide projects across the of the POF programme offering analytical, interpersonal and change management expertise.
 
You will work collaboratively with stakeholders to understand business needs, analyse processes, and deliver actionable recommendations that drive improvement ensuring the effective delivery of outcomes and deliverables that align with our organisational goals.  

The role will involve conducting options analysis, assessing feasibility and operational impact, quantifying potential business benefits and business case development.
