We are looking to appoint a bus station Area Controller within the Customer Services department. The Area Controllers are responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of Nexus owned and managed bus stations across Tyne and Wear. Working as part of a team, you will monitor bus operations to ensure compliance with user agreements, pro-actively provide customer service and ensure the bus stations are safe and clean environments. You will deal with customer enquiries and complaints, and monitor the bus service information, including electronic displays, ensuring that it is current and accurate.
You will have previous customer facing experience and strong communication skills. You will also enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and will be able to demonstrate excellent problem solving skills.
