Office Manager
Required as soon as possible – Bloemfontein Primary School is seeking to appoint an efficient and effective Office Manager, to join our bustling and popular school which sits at the heart of our community.
The successful candidate will work in partnership with teachers and support staff colleagues to provide a proficient administrative support service to help facilitate the day to day running of a busy school office.
Previous successful experience of working in an administrative role within a school, would be an advantage, however, full training will be provided.
As first point of contact for the Headteacher and wider school, you will have excellent communication skills, be a team-player and be able to forge positive relationships with our children and their parents/carers.
Applicants should be strong administrators; conversant with Microsoft Office and have proven time management and organisational skills. Knowledge of school safeguarding procedures is essential.
