This is a new and exciting post working within the SAIL project ( Focused Deterrence strand) to support young people transitioning to adulthood. It aims to support through the provision of targeted prosocial activities that develop essential life skills in lie with effective practice principles to reduce the likelihood of offending.

The post sits within the SAIl project and so the post holder will need to demonstrate skills in working with partners to generate creative approaches achieving these aims.
