We are looking to hire a talented and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Administrator to join our established team.

This is a hybrid working position.


A Little Bit About The Company

We are an established, family run Independent Fostering Agency which covers the North East and North West of the UK. We recruit and support foster carers to look after children and young people who for whatever reason, do not live with their own families to ensure that we provide safe and loving homes. The vulnerable children and young people may have suffered some form of abuse.

By joining our team, you will be part of something extremely interesting and totally unique and even play a key role in the rapid expansion of the company. You will also be provided a works laptop, mobile phone, and a competitive mileage allowance.


What Will Your Day-To-Day Look Like?

This is a role within our small but dynamic team.

You will get to take ownership of creative content creation, as well as contributing to the overall company marketing and communications strategy.

One of the best things about this role is that you will get the chance to dabble in a wide range of marketing duties which will help build your experience and skill base.

Please note, an enhanced DBS check will be required for this role.


Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Generating engaging content for social media platforms
• Creating basic image posts and copywriting for content strategies
• Planning and executing engaging social media campaigns on all platforms
• Graphic design/Produce and edit video content
• Website Management - keeping it current and up to date
• Produce and develop email campaigns
• Maintaining smooth and effective internal communications with the Recruitment Social Worker and wider team
• Creating eye-catching and gripping content for the company website
• Actively coming up with fresh and relative marketing ideas
• Analysing and reporting data analytics
• Continually evaluate the marketing strategy
• Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and/or industry
• Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads to our social network presence
• Attending occasional events
• Adhering to confidentiality and safeguarding processes due to the nature of the company
• Provide administrative support to the team
• Inputting and updating the agency’s electronic database and CRM system
• Attend Agency training and any training pertinent to your role
• Undertake any other duties requested by the Managing Director and Registered Manager


About You

This position is ideal for a confident individual who is proficient in the use of all platforms of social media and has experience in marketing and admin within a small business. You will have a strong background in marketing, business, communications, and social media.

Most importantly you need to be a team player who is happy to pitch-in with whatever the needs of the business are, and at the same time, is confident with balancing priorities and deadlines while managing multiple projects and tasks.

  • Experience of increasing social media audiences and brand awareness
  • Some marketing experience
  • Experience in developing social media content that engages the target audience, together with familiarity with social media platforms
