Essential Qualifications: QTS

Essential Experience: Experience of upper KS2 teaching is essential

The Governors are seeking to appoint a creative and enthusiastic teacher who:
• Is an excellent teacher who has a proven ability in accelerating progress and raising attainment
• Has a clear vision and understanding of the needs of all pupils in order to ‘close the gap’ in learning
• Has the ability the ability to interpret data and can use this to challenge pupils’ learning
• Can work with staff and parents in supporting the wider aspects of school life
• Can lead a key curriculum area within the school
• Is flexible in their approach and can fit into a hard working team

The position is for a Year 5 class teacher, experience of teaching in upper KS2 is essential.
