Governors wish to appoint an Examinations Officer as part of the Administration team at Wolsingham School and Community College.

The Exams Officer will be responsible for creating and overseeing all examination processes in the school. They will manage all public and internal examinations, related administration and examinations data. They will ensure smooth running of systems and procedures, including managing the examinations budget and analysing examination data. The successful candidate will liaise with a number of teams and examination bodies to ensure that assessments are carried out efficiently, and that all students receive the correct consideration or support required.

Ideal candidates will have:
• Experience of working as an examinations officer, or in a similar role
• Experience of handling and manipulating large amounts of complex data
• Knowledge of relevant education policy and regulation (in particular, on data and assessment
• Experience of undertaking administrative tasks within an office environment.

Essential Qualifications: Level 2 Qualification (or equivalent) in Numeracy and Literacy.
NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration (or equivalent qualification e.g. A Level).
