Further Information
1 x full-time temporary post for 6 months
Salary: basic salary £16,141 p.a. (37 hpw)
i.e. tradesman rate plus up to10% additional skills allowance
plus additional 50% interim operational allowance (Salary up to £25,825.66.)
You will be required to carry out mechanical and/or plumbing and gas installation, service and repair work in premises throughout County Durham, therefore you will have suitable relevant heating/gas and plumbing experience, working in domestic buildings.
A vehicle may be provided during the working day for travel between sites throughout the county, therefore it is essential that you have access to a car or means of mobility support (if the post holder is driving then they must hold a current valid driving licence and have appropriate motor insurance cover).
You must have completed a Heating Trade Apprenticeship up to NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent).
You must also hold Gas ACS qualifications CCN1, CEN1, DAH1, WAT1, HTR1, CPA1, CKR1 and be Gas Safe registered and have Asbestos Awareness
It is anticipated that interviews will be held on Thursday 08/05/2014.
