The Governors are seeking to appoint an outstanding person to work with identified children across school in order to further raise their self-esteem, aspirations and academic performance, overcoming their barriers to learning. The ideal candidate will be proactive, positive and flexible, a great team player with excellent communication skills and will be responsible for the development of effective mentoring relationships with both children and their parents.
The children would like someone who is enthusiastic, knowledgeable and has a sense of humour! The Head Teacher would like a committed, reliable and enthusiastic person. In return, we can promise:
