A temporary 0.6 fte Classroom Teacher is required from 1st January 2015 until 31st August 2015.
The Governors at Frosterley Community Primary School are seeking to appoint a high quality, inspirational, good and experienced temporary part time teacher (0.6 fte) to join our team. The post will commence on 1st January 2015 and is a temporary position until 31st August 2015.
The successful candidate will become part of a committed team who have high expectations and demonstrate a caring attitude towards our children’s academic and pastoral development. Our pupils need a teacher who will take an interest in them as individuals and who wishes to ensure that they make excellent progress by making learning exciting and memorable.
The successful applicant will be an good/outstanding practitioner who is able to demonstrate skills in the following areas:
• .Experience of working in key stage two
Experience coordinating a curriculum subject
• Evidence of exemplary classroom practice demonstrating a passionate commitment to both the academic and pastoral welfare of children
• Hold high expectations of pupils and a strong commitment to raising standards,
• Be an inspiring teacher with a desire to make learning exciting, memorable and fun,
• Have the enthusiasm and skills to deliver a creative curriculum,
• A sense of humour and willingness to work as part of a team,
• Have a commitment to the whole life of the school, including providing extra-curricular activities.
