Required for January 2015. Due to the promotion of the current post holder, the Governors are seeking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic and dynamic teacher with management experience to lead our dedicated EYFS Unit and be part of the SLT of the whole school. This post offers the opportunity to work with passionate staff and governors in a vibrant, forward – thinking setting.

Governors would like to appoint an outstanding and reflective Early Years practitioner with a profound understanding of early years learning and development. The successful applicant should be someone who is enthusiastic, innovative, able to inspire and effectively lead a team and also contribute effectively to whole school development as part of the SLT.

Applicants will be leaders of high quality learning in the academic, pastoral and management fields and will be able to show evidence of the successful implementation of change.

Essential qualifications: Qualified Teacher status
