To undertake activities within the Integrated Short Term Intervention Service (ISIS) in order to meet client and customer requirements in line with organisational standards and procedures.

This post will support the ISIS Team, in North Durham working with a team of professional staff from both Health and Social Care who are committed to quality service/innovation.

The post will entail direct contact with acute hospital staff and local General Practitioners. It is essential that you have excellent IT, communication and organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Required Qualifications: BTEC National in Public Administration or NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent relevant qualification.

The successful applicant for this post will be required to apply for a Disclosure & Barring Service Enhanced Disclosure.
