The One Point Service require a temporary part time (18.5 hrs pwk) Youth/Alternative Education Support Worker based within the Durham and Chester-Le-Street Hub locality

To work in partnership with Park View Academy to provide student support for young people that have been identified by the school. The support worker will work with young people on both their school work and issue based work. These programmes will help to develop young people’s social and emotional capabilities and the worker will monitor this using the SEC Assessment Tool.

Essential Qualifications:
Level 3 qualification in a relevant field such as Health, Social Care, Education, Housing, Family Work, Youth Work and Police.

Interviews will be held on 7th November 2014.
