Business Durham, as part of the RED Service Grouping, is the economic development company for County Durham and is at the forefront of the Council’s drive to create an Altogether Wealthier County Durham.
As the Property Investment Manager, you will be responsible for developing a programme of new capital investment in property and infrastructure for Business Durham, including NETPark and other business parks and estates across the County. A highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills, you will be required to work across a diverse and complex range of economic development initiatives. You will have proven recent experience in managing economic development capital projects within the public or private sector.
