Further Information
A Senior Asset Strategy Officer is required to assist in the development of the Authority's Corporate Asset Managment Plan and associated property strategies including Service Asset Management Plans.
The successful candidate will also be required to assist in implementing a rolling programme of property reviews and work with services to develop strategic outline business cases in support of property rationalisation and/or investment.
