The Governors seek to appoint a hardworking, enthusiastic and motivated Premises Manager. This post is an exciting opportunity for a versatile and highly proactive Premises Manager to start as soon as possible. Responsible to the Headteacher, but directly responsible to the School Manager. The ideal candidate will:
- have suitable experience for the post;
- be well-organised;
- recognise Health and Safety matters;
- have a good work ethic and the commitment to maintain high standards;
- be enthusiastic, have excellent interpersonal skills and be very flexible;
- be able to carry out minor repairs and maintenance work;
- have experience of working/liaising with contractors and managing minor building works.
The post is offered on a whole time basis, for 37 hours employment per week; daily hourly split to be negotiated with the successful candidate. There is an expectation in this role to undertake emergency call outs and facilitate the letting of the school after normal hours.
