(Temporary for 11 months)

An opportunity to work, as part of a dedicated team, to look after and help to improve outcomes for groups of up to 8 young people who are living in conditions of security in a new purpose built Centre.

The Residential role includes the expectation and opportunity for staff to become involved in keyworking, supporting young people in their education, providing and delivering interventions and activities and preparing young people for their return to living in their communities.

Staff are required to work a shift pattern which includes evening and weekend working.

Qualifications: 4 GCSEs (grade A – C) inc Maths and English or equivalent.
NVQ Level 3 in Child Care or willingness to achieve within 18-months of registration.
