Required from 7th January 2015 until 31st July 2015 initially with the possibility of being extended.

The governors seek to appoint a highly motivated, committed and creative Teaching Assistant to work with individual children and groups within our Year 5 class. A person specification and job description for this role is attached.

As our Teaching Assistant in Year 5, you will be someone who can:
• Demonstrate excellent standards of classroom practice;
• Establish professional relationships and take an active role within an outstanding team;
• Be able and willing to support the Christian Ethos of our school.

Essential Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in supporting Teaching and Learning or an equivalent qualification, GCSE English and Maths grades A-C or equivalent, good literacy skills including spelling, grammar and punctuation, good numeracy skills.

Interviews will be held on Monday 8th December 2014.
