The Employability team is looking to recruit a Business Administration Apprentice who will have responsibility to provide intensive and wide-ranging support to all members of the team.

The role of the Employability team is to support the creation and take up of jobs and training across County Durham by raising awareness of opportunities with employers and employees alike. The team has a variety of projects to work with and the Business Administration Apprentice will be required to work alongside other officers when dealing with employers, local residents and with a number of financial packages.

The role is varied and has scope for extensive personal development.

All apprentices are supported and guided throughout their placements by key individuals within their team with additional mentoring support from our development team. The successful candidate will be given a mentor, work plan, training plan and access to our in-house NVQ provider.

Interviews are scheduled to be held on Friday 16th January 2015.
