Fixed term contract until 31.8.15 to cover maternity leave

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic teacher to join our friendly team at Stephenson Way Primary School to cover a maternity leave.

The post is to start as soon as possible and last until the end of the summer term, with the possibility of an extension for an additional term in the autumn.

We are a large school that is well supported by staff, parents, governors and the local community.

We are looking for someone who:
- aspires to be an outstanding practitioner
- has experience of teaching Upper KS2
- has a clear vision and understanding of the needs of all pupils in order to ‘close the gap’ in learning
- has an outstanding knowledge and ability to interpret data and can use this to challenge pupils’ learning
- can work with parents to provide the very best support for all of our children
- goes the extra mile
- has endless energy, ideas and, very importantly, a good sense of humour!

Essential Qualifications: QTS

Essentian Experience: Upper KS2 Teaching Experience
