Required for April 2015. The Governing Body invites applications from an inspirational, committed, experienced and enthusiastic middle or senior leader to join our Rights Respecting school community as Deputy Headteacher.
The successful candidate will provide leadership of the highest quality working with our dedicated and successful team, will be able to demonstrate a positive impact on the children’s learning, attainment and behaviour and will be able to show evidence of the successful implementation of change.
The successful candidate will work in partnership with the newly-appointed Headteacher and effective Senior Leadership Team. This role is non-class based. This is an ideal opportunity for a forward-thinking person to join our successful and aspirational Rights Respecting school.
The successful candidate will:
• be a successful, experienced and innovative middle or senior leader;
• have demonstrated the ability to motivate pupils to achieve outstanding rates of progress and attainment;
