HEADTEACHER

Required for 1 September 2015. Due to the retirement of the present postholder, the Governing Body seek to appoint an inspirational Headteacher. This is an exciting opportunity to lead these thriving faith schools at the heart of their communities which are situated three miles apart.

The successful candidate will be:
• Inspired by the idea of leading within a federation of Catholic schools
• A committed, experienced and enthusiastic teacher with senior leadership experience who possesses the skills and attributes to progress the schools from good to outstanding
• A strategic leader who can provide leadership of a high quality in the academic, pastoral and management fields and be able to show evidence of the successful implementation of change
• A leader with high expectations and the ability to lead and inspire our dedicated staff and pupils
• A motivated leader with a clear vision to ensure that every child fulfils their potential.
