Vacancies have arisen within Revenues and Benefits for nine Assessment and Awards Officers to provide a quality safe and cost effective service to customers, including the provision of first line contact and prompt and efficient handling of any queries and problems.

Candidates should possess NVQ Level 3 or equivalent and/or relevant experience in assessing income related benefits

Candidates should also have experience in dealing with members of the public in a caring, responsive manner and have experience in operating on line computer systems.
