Required for September 2015. The Governors seek to appoint a committed, experienced and enthusiastic teacher with senior management experience who possesses the skills and attributes to progress the school from Good to Outstanding.
Governors will expect that the successful candidate will:
• be a motivated and inspirational leader with a clear vision and high expectations for all
• provide strategic leadership of a high quality in the academic, pastoral and management fields and be able to show evidence of the successful implementation of change
• have the ability to lead and inspire our dedicated staff and pupils so that everyone achieves their potential in this vibrant and nurturing environment
