This exciting opportunity exists to join the Safeguarding and Practice Development Team and drive forward a variety work streams and key processes in respect of the Safeguarding Adults agenda.

This will involve supporting the development of a range of key procedures and processes and the design and implementation of a range of products including training courses and briefings to a wide range of stakeholders from health, social care and the independent and voluntary sectors.

The post will also contribute to the development of a variety of media, including the maintenance of a new website as well as the production of a range of multi-media communications linked to our inter-agency training and communications strategies.

The successful candidate will be joining a wider team that is pivotal to the development of a wide range of projects and initiatives aimed at the development of standards and practice across the broad range of Local Authority adult care services and is at the forefront of inter-agency working.

Required Qualifications: Professional qualification/degree in health or social care or Degree in other relevant subject. It is desirable to possess an adult teaching/training qualification
