Required from 30th March 2015 or as soon as possible.
The Governing Body are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic individual to provide caretaker/handyperson duties in our busy school as soon as possible.
Responsibilities include:-
- The security of premises and key holder responsibility
- Cleaning a designated area of the school
- Lighting and heating duties
- Basic grounds maintenance including gritting & snow clearing
- Minor repairs
- Porterage and handyperson duties
- Line management responsibility for cleaning staff
- The ability to work unsupervised
- Other duties as may be required commensurate with the post.
Personal protective clothing and footwear will be provided.
